It managed to be, at the same time, both a symbol of faith and a fashion statement”. Rare Spanish 18th Century 22K Gold & Rose Cut Diamond Cordoba Pendant Cross. Crosses like these are featured in museums as they are something to be marveled at. The piece is in excellent estate condition and ready to wear. It is hallmarked with the Rampant Lion hallmark used by the Spanish City of Cordoba. The mark was used from 1750’s to the 1790’s. The piece is set with 37 foiled rose cut diamonds with “oil and vinegar” colouring. The pendant measures 2.1″ long x 2″ wide and weighs a total of 12.7 grams
