Antique Victorian 14K / 10K Gold Carved Shell Scenic Cameo Ring.
The ring is in great estate condition and ready to wear. It looks like there maybe a crack in the cameo but I believe this is part of the shell. I am not a 100% on this though and the crack could be on the back and just showing through. It is hand made and comprised of two purities of gold. The band has a factory made grape leaf vine running through it and it is made of 10K rose gold. The cameo is held in hand made 14K yellow casing. The piece is not hallmarked but it has been professionally tested and is guaranteed authentic.
The cameo depicts a silhouette of a woman standing in front of a cottage door with clouds over head and a mountain or volcano in distance.
The ring is a size 7.5 – 7.75.
The piece weighs a total of 4 grams.
